In the automotive sector, CLAYENS Germany has recently consolidated its position as a supplier of pump housings.
In addition, CLAYENS Germany is maintaining its commitment to pump housing manufacturing with the acquisition in 2024 of a new thermoplastic injection press to better meet its customers' needs.
Recently, CLAYENS Germany set up a new automated line for the manufacture of pump housings, directly integrating a carbon part to reinforce the structure. The pump rotor is produced in two parts, and the cover plate is welded onto the wheel blades at a later stage of production using an ultrasonic process.
As experts in pump housing manufacturing, we pay particular attention to dimensional accuracy and levels.
