Overview

The Clayens NP Group has a laboratory that enables our customers and our subsidiaries to benefit from technical expertise on plastics and composites, including the high-performance polymers used in our daily operations.

The laboratory's technical expertise supports mastery of our processes and product quality by strengthening our customers' confidence through skills in the following areas:

-Physicochemical analyses (DSC, IR, mechanical testing, MVI, density, calcination...)

-Micrographic evaluations,

-Particulate cleanliness measurements,

-Surface appearance evaluations (color, gloss, scratch resistance…),

-Characterization of thermoset material reactivity.

The laboratory's expertise is widely recognized by our customers, notably through SAFRAN group qualification and inter-laboratory PTP exchanges (proficiency test programmes).
