For several years CLAYENS has been a major player in developing the IME (In Mold Electronic) process. It has in-house capability for all process steps (printing, component placement, thermoforming, and overmolding). Working with leading industrial partners (automotive, electrical/electronics, aerospace, home appliances, …) and university laboratories, CLAYENS has developed a wide range of applications such as: 3D human-machine interfaces (HMI), sensors close to the event, defrosting LED lighting, …

We add product innovation to technological innovation: user-centered co-design. It is supported by means for small-series production (ISO7 Pilot Line) and validation of performance (Healthcare Lab) of new products. This approach draws on trends in each healthcare sector where our customers' products are positioned (pharmaceutical packaging, in vitro diagnostics, medical devices and equipment, …). It anticipates needs and ensures compatibility with the industrial reality of our business.
