CLAYENS confirms its participation in the 2025 Paris Air Show and announces on this occasion the launch of its CLAYENS Aerospace brand as well as a strategic acquisition in the USA.
Genas, 22 April 2025 – CLAYENS, a major player in the aerospace and defense sector, is proud to announce its participation in the 2025 International Paris Air Show, which will be held from 16 to 19 June 2025 for professionals at the Paris-Le Bourget Exhibition Centre. This major event will be an opportunity for CLAYENS to present its latest innovations and solutions, while highlighting its recent acquisitions, its new CLAYENS Aerospace brand and its strategic vision for the future.
Launch of CLAYENS Aerospace: at the heart of aerospace innovation
As part of its development and positioning as a strategic market player, CLAYENS announces the launch of its new CLAYENS Aerospace commercial brand. This initiative marks a turning point in how our company is identified in this market.

A strategic vision strengthened by our acquisitions
CLAYENS' strategy has always been to support its customers as closely as possible to their needs, while ensuring optimal responsiveness and a fine understanding of local requirements. We can respond effectively to specific aerospace market demands thanks to our strategic locations in Europe, the Maghreb, the United States and Mexico.
In January 2025, CLAYENS strengthened its expertise and expanded its international network with the acquisition of Alltech Integrated Manufacturing, an American company specialized in manufacturing precision injection-molded components for the aerospace industry. Combined with the integration of Saimap Viennot in 2024, this acquisition marks a turning point in our growth and innovation strategy.
