Who are you ?

My name is Dennis and I´m 27 years old. After finishing my training as an industrial clerk, the company offered me a paid extra-occupational study in logistic management. In combination to the study, I was hired as the Warehouse Manager at NP Germany. I´m now working in this position for 4 years and finished my study in the last year. Now I´m concentrating on being able to implement what I have learned from my study in everyday work in order to be able to develop myself further professionally. 

How long have you been with Clayens ?

I started my journey at Clayens in 2013.

What are your assignments?

Our warehouse includes the incoming goods, intralogistics and the outgoing goods. My main tasks here are coordinating and optimizing the warehouse and logistics processes, supporting the day-to-day-business, implementing new logistics projects, as well as personnel deployment planning and management. 

Tell us about a typical day?

A typical day starts with checking the Mails that came in the day before, then the daily planning starts. After the Shopfloor meeting, the entire day-to-day business is processed. Current logistic projects are processed after midday until the end of the day.
