Clayens NP announce the acquisition of the Healthcare and Industry Business Unit of PSB Industries Group
In exclusive negotiations since September 2020, it is now official: the Clayens NP Group confirms the acquisition of the bulk of the healthcare and industry division of PSB Industries, effective 1st January 2021.
This transaction, which includes five industrial sites (two in France, one in Poland and two in Mexico), is a new step in Clayens NP's development strategy. It both establishes a significant foothold in North America with the Mexican facilities and a commercial company in the United States, expands in healthcare with five ISO Class 7 cleanrooms and strengthens traditional markets such as automotive, electrical and aerospace.
The PSB Group's Healthcare & Industry division employs 700 people and generates revenue of approximately €60M.
