In the automotive sector, Clayens NP Germany has recently strengthened its position as a pump housing supplier.
Recently, Clayens NP Germany installed a new automated line for pump housing production, directly integrating a carbon component to reinforce the structure. The pump rotor is produced in two parts, and the cover plate is welded onto the impeller blades at a later production stage using ultrasonic welding.
Clayens NP Germany is also continuing its commitment to pump housing manufacturing with the acquisition in 2024 of a new thermoplastic injection molding press to better meet customer needs.
