Orthopedics and Dentistry

We manufacture implant or instrument packaging systems for the dental and orthopedic fields. These packaging solutions, enabling the sterilization of implants and ancillary devices, can be made of plastic (Radel), stainless steel, or hybrid (plastic and stainless steel). AIP Médical's standard range can be customized according to our clients' needs.

Ophthalmology, aesthetics, orthopedics…

Our expertise in solid or viscous implant delivery systems is recognized, particularly in ophthalmology (injectors for intraocular implants for cataract surgery, implant delivery system for glaucoma), aesthetics (extra-long 1 ml syringe for hyaluronic acid injections for wrinkle filling), and orthopedics (injectors for bone substitutes, suture anchor deployment systems).

Orthopedics

We manufacture suture anchors for leading orthopedic players, which are used to secure tendons and ligaments to the bone. We also produce PEEK implants for orthopedic and dental applications. We employ injection and machining technologies for the manufacturing of these implants.
